It has taken me a while to write this review. The person I spoke with would not shut up about himself and kept repeating himself, so un professional. He can’t take criticism and was very arrogant, it’s like you’re not allowed an opinion. The home page.. it’s like it is a brand for nails?? You can’t tell it is jewellery. It is very tacky with the options “saying sorry” cringe and doesn’t sound professional. The prices and discount codes at the time seemed questionable and dodgy. The pictures are all blurry. The product I ordered, it’s cheap and most likely from the same factory were everything cheap is made, but with their brand stamped on it.

If you ever have the displeasure of speaking with a member from the brand, good luck. He acts like the world owes him something because he has a “small business” …? That’s not anyone else’s problem. Unprofessional

Ordered a custom engagement ring and my now fiancé couldn't be happier.

Ordered a bracelet for my sisters, they loved it. I ordered again for my cousin's sister. Fast delivery and I had no issues with the packaging. I'm not sure what people are making a fuss about. I will definitely order again.

Absolutely beautiful earrings ..the care and thoughtfulness even in and the packaging of this gift I got from a friend by a company I’ve not heard of before but now will be my go too for the gifts I buy for the ones I love , because of the love that’s gone into making this jewellery it’s beautiful

I received my ring just in two days. Loved the packaging and ring itself. Its definitely far far more better and prettier than any high street retailers. I placed second order today and made request to make few amendments afterwards. 100% satisfied with excellent customer service, all sorted in matter of the minutes. Customer service is amazing, I had my ring for around 6 weeks and a stone had fallen out. After emailing I got a very fast response every time. They were were very quick in their investigation and resolution. They went above and beyond! Definitely a company I would recommend and will be using again in the future.

I ordered this as a birthday gift for one of my close friends. They were very Happy with the quality and look and feel of the ear rings that I ordered. The product also was delivered on time and the customer services team were very helpful with answering a question that I had. I will not hesitate to order from them again.

The jewelry is just okay nothing special about the quality. Still thin and plain. Packaging could be better as gift option.

NB. This seller takes review a bit too personal and sends endless long messages. I ended up blocking him on my FB messenger. A review is a personal opinion not intended to be a jab at anyone so please chill out abit ;-)

One of the best value jewellers out there with many luxurious-looking pieces - my girlfriend was impressed by the earrings I got from the site as they looked gorgeous sparkly. As for the offers, they're exceptionally good and is perfect if you're looking for jewellery on a decent budget. My only issue was the packaging - I feel there could be better options i.e. a easy to use recyclable jewellery box for gifting or choice in what style bag you would like.

I have purchased from this company several times.. The jewellery is outstanding quality. Beautiful stones which really do look like real diamonds; in my opinion they look nicer. With all my purchases I have felt completely reassured that I get 1st class customer service, as Yusuf goes all out to make sure you are completely satisfied.

Got a couple of rings for my wife and I was very surprised at the quality and value. Communication was really good with them. It’s a dangerous thing buying jewellery for your wife, but my mind was put at ease and it worked out great.
